Thursday 7:30 - 10 AM - Town and Country Breakfast at Burlington Northern Park 8 AM - 5 PM-- Check in at the High School, refreshments and tours of the schools. 7 PM --Evening Parade --All classes are invited to enter a float!! |

Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM -- Check-in at the High School, Refreshments and tours of the schools and auditorium 8 AM to 1PM - Breakfast at the Air Port Antique Car Show at the Air Port -- Air Plane Rides (15-20 Min) @ $25 at airport 8AM - 10AM - Sunnybrook Stomp 5K run/walk, Sunnybrook Park 8AM to 3PM - Family Day at Sunnybrook Park (includes fishing derby) 5:00 PM - All School Reunion at SunnyBrook Park - There are 9 shelters. The Wadena Depot will be open extended Hours for you to stop in and visit while enjoying some ice cream. The Wadena Historical Society is bringing in a Native American Exhibit, including a Pow Wow, that you will not want to miss. Many other activities are being planned and will be listed as soon as they are confirmed. There will be souvenir t-shirts and sweatshirts available. The City of Wadena and the Wadena Public School both have pages on their web-sites regarding this Reunion. Just click on the buttons at the top of the page. Please send us any and all addresses (email preferred) that you have for any class-mates and give us the year of graduation. We do not want to miss anyone. This reunion is, however, for anyone who ever attended school in Wadena, Bluffton, or Wadena Deer Creek whether or not you actually graduated here. Registration forms and tentative schedule of events have been being sent out for about a month now. We want to thank Becky Kern Berndt, Annette Blazek, Glee Moyer, Barb Kane, Bonnie Jasmer, Darlene Matthis, Kinda Kern, Regina Tellers, Bernadine Reece who have volunteered to work on classes that we do not have reps for- They are using facebook, online white pages and calling parents to get addresses and then making spread sheets for those classes. Anyone having names and addresses that you have not submitted to us, please email to grannytag@hotmail.com with the class year and we will be sure they get notified. Many others are helping too. We greatly appreciate all of you. As you scroll down the list of class representatives, you will note that we have a lot more volunteers helping, but you will also note that we are still in need of some class lists. All we need from you is for you to help us get as up-to-date a list of addresses and emails as possible for your classmates so that we can get the information to them. If you can help with - or if you know of someone from - one of those classes, please let us know. IMPORTANT: The only way you can register is by returning the registration form together with the $10 reg. fee to Janice Stahl, 305 1st Street SW, Wadena, MN 56482. There are various sites out there such as Classmates.com, Face Book, etc. where many of you have responded that you plan to attend and this is confusing to some. Some of those sites have been used to gather information on Class mates so that we can get the information out to them or simply to inform alumni of WDC of the upcoming reunion. None of those sites are registration sites.... |
